Wine

Donum’s winemaking philosophy is to craft exceptional Pinot Noir and Chardonnay while preserving natural resources. It begins with creating an environment where the vines thrive and yield the highest quality fruit possible with minimal intervention. The resulting wines display a concentration of flavor, energy, and vibrancy that derives from the land in which they are grown. All Donum wines are made with organically grown grapes sourced from our five Regenerative Organic Certified® vineyards.

Donum Vineyard

Spanning nearly 200 acres in the rolling hills near the San Pablo Bay, the Donum Vineyard brings together our oldest plantings, 25 distinct blocks, and The Donum Collection of art.

TFV

Just a mile from the Estate, TFV is defined by its rocky, silica-rich soils and cobblestone terrain, making it one of Carneros’ most distinctive sites for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

Savoy Vineyard

Located in the heart of Anderson Valley, the historic Savoy Vineyard encompasses more than 40 acres of established Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vines in a cool, windy landscape.

Ten Oaks Vineyard

Situated in a warm microclimate of Russian River Valley, our Ten Oaks Vineyard is characterized by loamy, well-drained soils that shape distinctive expressions of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

Churchview Vineyard

Just five miles from the Pacific Ocean with western-facing slopes exposed to constant onshore winds, this is truly one of the most rugged and challenging vineyard sites in Sonoma. Boasting Goldridge, Kinman, and Blucher soils, this site offers exceptional quality potential, with great diversity in a small area. It has been certified organic since its inception in 2019, and we harvested our first crop in the fall of 2024.
