At Donum, nature leads the way. Through regenerative organic farming practices, we cultivate healthy, living soils that allow the vines to thrive, resulting in balanced growth and expressive fruit. In the cellar, each vineyard site is fermented separately in small lots using native yeasts, preserving the individuality and character of the fruit. Our winemaking team then carefully assembles the final cuvées, selecting only the finest barrels to craft with energy, vibrancy, and a true sense of place. Members enjoy first access to new releases, single-vineyard and reserve wines, along with library wines during annual allocations. A selection of single-vineyard wines, large format wines, and gift sets are available in our online store.

The premiere bottling from this famed site from 35-year-old vines. Truly excellent and a wine to watch.
James Suckling
The palate is focused and pure, with a mid-weighted texture and underlying power and tension. So much purity and precision. Delicious.
James Suckling
The palate delivers rich cherry-cranberry fruit, with flavors of black tea, raspberry compote, cigar box, and rose petals and a plush, tannic finish balanced by orange peel acidity.

Among the finest estates in Carneros, Donum is already a can’t-miss producer for many. But there’s an additional draw beyond its stunning Pinot Noir and Chardonnay: a world-class outdoor sculpture garden.
