Earning its name from the unique vessel it was fermented in - the Perle de Quintessence, a teardrop-shaped French oak barrel - is a single barrel bottling. Sourced from a small planting of Martini clone, one of California’s few Pinot Noir clones dating back to the Pre-prohibition era, the Pearl is a true expression of our Carneros Estate, displaying unique spices and a bright fruit palate.
