Red Barn Pinot Noir
Our Red Barn Pinot Noir showcases a more delicate expression of our Ten Oaks Vineyard in Russian River Valley. A portion of our Pommard clone is harvested approximately two weeks earlier than the rest of the vineyard, when acidity is high and sugar levels remain low, preserving vibrancy and freshness. Partial whole-cluster fermentation lends a subtle herbal character and added complexity, resulting in an elegant and distinctive expression of Ten Oaks Vineyard.
