The Observer Pinot Noir is crafted similarly to our White Barn Pinot Noir, which is harvested early at low sugar and high acidity using whole cluster fermentation, but with fruit from our Angel Camp Vineyard located in Anderson Valley. As opposed to our Anderson Valley Pinot Noir, which is a little richer and rounder, our Observer showcases a more delicate side of this vineyard. The Observer is named after the prominent observation tower located at this vineyard and is an exciting expression of this fast-growing AVA.
