While we’ve been practicing organic methods and producing organic vegetables and herbs at the farm since 2015, we have since discovered new ways to bring the land into an even more perfectly balanced state by using biodynamic processes. These hold true to organic methods, but take things a step further by accounting for the natural rhythms of the land. We’re constantly experimenting with greener ways to grow our vegetables, make our honey, and tend to the vast lavender fields surrounding the vineyards—all based on cues from nature. Everything we grow is used for our private food and wine pairings.
