All membership levels will receive an annual allocation of wines selected shipped once per year. Credit Card information will be stored on our secure site and charged automatically 1 week prior to shipment. Membership may be cancelled in writing at anytime prior to charge and shipment. Refunds will not be given after charge has been processed. The Donum Estate is not responsible for damage during shipment or returns due to 3 failed delivery attempts. Charges for returns or re-ships due to 3 failed shipment attempts are the responsibility of the credit card holder. Returns will not be accepted after delivery unless visible physical damage has occurred while in transit. Any wine in question will be returned to The Donum Estate for inspection before issue of refund or reshipment of replacement wine. The Donum Estate may choose to suspend shipping due to extreme weather advisories. All shipping is typically suspended from May-September to protect wine from heat exposure. Alternate shipping options may be available at an additional cost.
