The Donum Estate is nestled in Carneros AVA, with 3 prominent hills that mark the northern, eastern and southern boundaries of our Estate. Our Three Hills Pinot Noir pays homage to this undulating landscape and is harvested from the cooler, later ripening portions of our vineyard. The result is a slightly lighter, more ethereal wine than our Carneros Estate Pinot Noir while still possessing all of the depth and complexity typical for Donum.
